Firstly to let you know that the paperback and Kindle editions of my new book The Women of Lilac Street, set in 1920s Birmingham will be available from May 23rd. To find out more about the story, click on the books or newsletter pages.

There is a section about my books and how I came to write some of them, an events page featuring upcoming readings, workshops and talks, a newsletter and a scrapbook of interesting items that I’m developing gradually. So many people contact me to ask about the order in which they should read my books that I have added a readers' guide as to which books stand alone (most of them in fact) and which are part of a pair or trilogy. I hope that helps.
